Soil Health and Vegetable Crops Training for Agents

Submitted by Megan Kennelly

Do you answer questions about soil health and/or vegetables? If so, read on!

We are offering the Soil Health Bootcamp: Applications to Vegetable Production workshop on October 5th in Liberal. You can go online and register here using the big orange registration button: http://www.soilhealthbootcamp.com/southwest-workshop/.

The registration deadline is September 28. We are still working on the exact agenda, so stay tuned. For examples of how the day will roughly work you can view the agendas from our spring workshops in Olathe, http://www.soilhealthbootcamp.com/north-central-workshop/; and Courtland, http://www.soilhealthbootcamp.com/north-central-workshop-2016/. It will be fairly similar.

The workshop is free, and lunch is included.

There is a set of online webinars to view ahead of time, to minimize classroom time at the event. They are at this site: http://www.soilhealthbootcamp.com/webinars/.

The primary audience is KSRE agents, but please invite colleagues from NRCS or Conservation Districts who may be interested. It is free for them too.
