Get Blood Pressure Checked at Annual Conference

Submitted by Healthy You - Wellness in the Workplace Team

Once again the KSRE "Healthy You - Wellness in the Workplace" team has made arrangements for blood pressure checks during Annual Conference.

Stop by the table that will be located outside the ballroom on Tuesday, October 25, between 4 and 6 p.m. The American Health Association says that blood pressure checks are especially important because high blood pressure usually has no symptoms so it can't be detected without being measured. High blood pressure greatly increases risks of heart disease and stroke.
