An Annual Conference Thank You
My sincere thanks goes to John Ruberson, and all the committee for the 2016 K-State Research and Extension Annual Conference. I suspect none of us realize the work and leadership that goes on behind the scenes with Debbie Hagenmaier, Gloria Holcombe, and Stacey Warner. Sending them a personal note of thanks is absolutely appropriate. Their commitment to this annual event comes to all of us when we experience how it all happens smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Thank you!
And, my thanks to everyone who submitted poster presentations at the opening reception. Thanks to all who submitted workshop proposals for the three rounds of breakout sessions. The quality and content was truly outstanding. Participation was excellent across all the sessions. I trust all of us gained knowledge and ideas that can help us to be better educators and professionals. Thank you for bringing the level of professional excellence through all the educational opportunities.
