Welcome to Worksite Wellness Month -- Extension Style
During the month of April, five North Central Region states have come together to provide YOU with the latest and greatest wellness tips. Each week a new topic will be introduced to help the Extension Professional with their day-to-day needs.
Week 1: Save the Sherpa! – Preventing Low Back Pain and Injury. Always on the move? Carrying bags and bags of supplies to and from classes? If this sounds like you, tune in to hear tips and tricks to save your lower back from injury at work.
Week 2: Constructive Venting. Ever have those days where nothing can go right? Want to scream at the top of your lungs or go grumble to your office mate? Find out how to vent your frustrations in a positive way.
Week 3: Staying Healthy on the Go. Always running from class to class? Do you spend hours in the car every week? Learn how to make healthier food and activity choices when you are on the go.
Week 4: Financial Wellness. Ever worry about weight…of your wallet? This week, learn ways to stay on top of your financial wellness.
