Shout-out to Sarah Keatley from John Forshee, Monica Thayer and the River Valley District Board
We would like to give a shout out to Sarah Keatley, Kansas 4-H, for ensuring our youth have the most enjoyable experience at National 4-H Congress. Sarah recognized a need and reached out to assist with making special accommodations to insure that one of our 4-Hers has a safe and wonderful learning experience.
