Shout Out to Jana McKinney
Shout Out from Shad Marston, who nominated fellow McPherson County agent Jana McKinney for her work in the Senior Health Insurance Counseling for Kansas (SHICK) open enrollment period. Shad reports that during a seven week period, Jana averaged 16 appointments each day and personally consulted with over 100 people per week. She also responded to over 30 SHICK related calls per week.
Shad further explains that Jana goes above and beyond to be courteous as well as conscientious enough to escort her SHICK guests to the door and to their car if needed. She is so polite when it comes to listening to their personal stories and talking about family.
Jana, here is your Shout Out! Thanks for what you did, what you do, and what you will do in the future!
