Looking for an Easy Way to Schedule Times for Club Days or County Fair Judging?
Check out 4HOnline’s schedules and meetings feature! Managers can create a schedule with specific time-slots for actively enrolled members to choose from. Once a time-slot is taken, it is no longer available for other members to select.
After signup ends, Managers can run a quick report which lists all members and their time-slots. For an overview and instructions, see the resource How to Set Up Meetings and Schedules located on the Kansas 4-H Staff Resource page for 4HOnline. You will need to log in with your eID to view.
