Professional Scheduling Policy Update
The professional scheduling policy for agents was recently updated and can be found under KSRE Policies. The update was made to address recent questions about an agent's ability to work from home. Due to the public nature of an agent's work, that work is generally expected to be done from the office or out in the community. While there may be rare incidences when an agent needs to work at home, this should not be done on a regular basis. The regional director has oversight responsibilities for these types of special arrangements.
