Kansas 4-H Shooting Sports Handbook. 4H1101. Pam Van Horn and Anissa Jepsen. The Kansas 4-H Shooting Sports Program helps youth develop life and social skills. It is based on the National 4-H Shooting Sports Program. This handbook includes program goals, policies, training requirements, and other information for adult volunteers and youth participants.
