Conference Follow-up

Submitted by Gregg Hadley

I want to thank all of you who participated in our K-State Research and Extension Annual Conference, Innovate! It was a wonderful three days filled with networking, association and Program Focus Team meetings, and thinking about program development and systemwide innovation. The energy and enthusiasm was amazing!

Now, let’s carry forward all that energy and enthusiasm you invested in and the knowledge gained from Innovate! to even more important and more meaningful venues: our normal work life and the people we serve. Let’s make it our goals to see how we can be more innovative and program in more interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary ways as we help people to improve their lives, livelihoods, and communities through the power of research based education!
