Shout Out: Frances Graves
This week's Shout Out comes from the K-State Research and Extension Wildcat District team and is sent to their director, Frances Graves. Submitting on behalf of the Wildcat District team, agent Cara Comstock wrote:
“Frances has gone above and beyond in her role as the Wildcat Extension District Director since starting in February. Frances hit the ground running from day one and has done a great job handling a new role. During these challenging times, Frances has implemented innovative ways to keep agents and staff connected and engaged, while increasing morale. Through her encouragement, servant mindset and exceptional leadership, she has truly unified our district.“
