Video of Senator Pat Roberts Presentation is Available
Last Wednesday, a special online celebration was held to mark the 30th anniversary of the Huck Boyd National Institute for Rural Development and to present a Lifetime Achievement Award for Service to Rural America to Senator Pat Roberts. Speakers on Zoom included K-State President Richard Myers, Dean and Director Ernie Minton, Mike James of the Huck Boyd Foundation in Phillipsburg, and retired Head Football Coach Bill Snyder. Huck Boyd Institute Board Chair Shawna Moyer of Emporia presented a virtual crystalline art piece to the Senator before his remarks from Washington DC.
