Check Out the Latest Issue of The Journal of Extension

Submitted by Laurie Chandler

Established in 1963, the Journal of Extension (JOE) is the flagship journal for extension professionals. As a refereed journal, JOE expands and updates the research and knowledge base of extension professionals and other outreach educators to improve their effectiveness and serves as a forum for emerging and contemporary issues affecting extension education. It is a fully open-access quarterly journal.

Each issue contains something that should be of interest to all extension professionals. The current issue includes articles on:

  • Eating Smart and Moving More for Head Start: A Pilot Study
  • Diagnostic Walkabouts: Seventeen Years of Specialized Training for Horticultural Professionals
  • Young Cattle Producers Conference Develops Leaders in Idaho
  • Money Minute: Using short information videos During COVID-19
