Please join us on Friday, August 20, at 1:30 p.m. for this month’s Every Third Friday Session, “Stress Less: Be Kind to Your Mind,” presented by members of the Stress & Resiliency Team: Brad Dirks, State Behavioral Health Specialist; Rebecca McFarland, Frontier District Director; and Rachael Clews, SW FCS Specialist. They will discuss the different types and impacts of stress, how to manage stress ahead of time, and finding a stress coping mechanism that works for you.
