Using the Registration and Report Features in Zoom

Submitted by Jennifer R Wilson

At our recent Contact Reporting Workshops we discussed features in Zoom that allow you to collect registration information and see a report of who attended your meeting within Zoom. If you missed these workshops or would like a refresher, there are a couple of videos you can access. The first video will help you learn more about setting up meeting registration in Zoom. When using this feature, you can set up custom questions to collect race, ethnicity and gender data from program participants. As a reminder, collect this information as it appears on the Program Participant Data Collection Form. The second video shows how to access a meeting attendance report in Zoom. To access either of the features discussed in the videos, you will need to log in to KSU's Zoom at www.zoom.ksu.edu

As discussed at the workshops, it's especially important to cross reference registration with actual virtual attendance so that we can accurately report direct educational contacts.
