Office of Engagement Position Available
Former director for extension Daryl Bucholz once said: “Extension is a system of engagement professionals, but everyone at a land grant university is responsible for engagement.” As many of you know, a team made up of extension professionals and other university professionals came together over the past few years to discuss how to encourage our university colleagues to become more active in engagement. That effort resulted in the University Office of Engagement.
Dr. Tim Steffensmeier, interim director for our Office of Engagement, has a new "program manager" staff position available. The person who fills this position will be actively involved with him and us in working with our non-extension colleagues to become more active in engagement.
