Are You and Your Family and Your Community Caught Up on All Your Vaccinations?
Get Caught Up! is the KSRE and IKC (Immunize Kansas Coalition) campaign to remind everyone that vaccination is an important step towards health and well-being. Get Caught Up! campaign tools can be used at local events and activities, and can be shared with local partners to build awareness of wellness vaccinations across the life span. Use the order form at https://bit.ly/3P13qzP for a free supply of Get Caught Up flyers and business cards. There are also English/Spanish yard signs for your use which can be picked up during visits to the Kansas State University Manhattan campus.
All items are FREE; just fill out the form and send it to Shelly Burklund, sburklun@ksu.edu, while supplies last. You may also pick up your order during the Extension Agent Update this August (times and dates to be determined) or have flyers and business cards shipped to you.
A short survey request will accompany each filled order with instructions for evaluation and sharing how you used the Get Caught Up campaign tools for awareness and to build partnerships for health in your community.
