Kansas State Fair Volunteer Information

The Volunteer Sign-up document for the whole fair can be found here. Included in this sign-up is the set-up day. WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are short staffed and need assistance now more than normal years. If you are available on August 31, we will be having a work day at Centennial Hall. It will be a day of setting up and cleaning up for the up-coming fair. We will start around 10 a.m. and end around 4 p.m. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
The Team Entries Link is also live now. If your county/district has teams that are entering any of our contests, please list them in this document so we can ensure all the needed information gets into the Entry System. Individual entries can be entered in FairEntry as usual.
With staff changes, please remember in the 2022 Letter to Agents, you can find a listing of all the Project Areas and the current staff that is responsible for those areas at the State Fair. Their contact information can be found there.
Lastly, don't forget that the Tickets that are given to exhibitors in lieu of premiums, MUST BE ordered by August 14, at midnight. No late orders will be accepted. If you need help navigating this order process, there is a document found here, that walks you through it.
