Retirement Celebration for Leroy Russell
Shawnee County Extension Council invites you to come wish Leroy Russell a happy retirement on September 8, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. Leroy is rolling into retirement after 33 years in the Shawnee County office first as the 4-H agent and then the agriculture agent. His retirement party will be at the Crestview Shelter House, 4901 SW Shunga Dr., in Topeka. It will be a come and go party with special remarks at 5:30.
