New KSRE Bookstore Website is Live

Submitted by Jerry Grasso

The Department of Communications and Agricultural Education is pleased to announce that the upgrade project for the K-State Research and Extension Bookstore for Kansas State University Agricultural Experiment Station and Cooperative Extension Service is completed, and the new website has launched.

So, what’s new? User experience enhancements include:

· Ease of navigation from primary topics to subtopics

· Ability to subscribe to receive email notifications for specific authors and topics

· Receive email notifications when a previously downloaded publication has a new revision

· Scrollable list of featured publications and promotional items for users to view on the homepage and primary topic pages

· The ability for users to view a publication in HTML on the website

· Enhanced search and filter abilities to find products and publications

Like all website projects when launched, there may be tweaks to the site or pages that need to be made. If you find issues that need addressing, please contact us. Regarding publications, content or technical questions, please reach out to Mark Stadtlander, mark@ksu.edu. If you have questions about how the online bookstore and University Printing interact, please contact Mandy Wilson, mandyw@ksu.edu.
