PEARS Introduces a New "Look"

If you have signed into PEARS recently, you may have noticed that there have been a few changes to the "look" of the PEARS homepage.

Homepage Dashboard - the new dashboard better highlights work in progress. New components include:

• Work in Progress
• Completion Status by Module
• Quick Links
• Events and Deadlines
• Reach and Responses
• Notifications

Users can opt out of the new dashboard within your user profile settings.  The old homepage will be phased out gradually.

PEARS Menus - a few changes have been made to the navigation menus (in the green bar at the top of the page). The "Track" menu has been renamed to "Engage" and the "Success Stories" module has been moved to a new "Reflect" menu. In addition, several reports have moved to a different menu.  Here's a summary of those changes:

• The modules "Quarterly Efforts," "Action Plan Outcomes" and "Performance Reviews" are moved to the new "Reflect" menu.
• The module "Action Plan Outcomes" has been renamed to "Action Plan Reports."
