Submit Application for the K-State Excellence in Engagement Award

The K-State Excellence in Engagement Award are open for applications starting Feb. 1. This award recognizes and rewards exemplary community engagement and innovative partnership efforts by K-State faculty, staff and Extension.
The Excellence in Engagement Award honors individuals or teams who have demonstrated exemplary commitment to engaging with communities, industries and organizations to address critical needs and challenges. The award highlights excellence in engaged scholarship — via research, teaching and outreach — and recognizes initiatives that demonstrate innovative or sustained efforts in university/community engagement positively impacting both university and community partners.
Any campus faculty, professional staff or extension professional is eligible to apply. Awards may go to an individual or a partnership team. The award winner will be recognized at the All-University Award Ceremony in May.
Applications for the award will be accepted from Feb. 1 through March 7. Interested applicants can find more information, including eligibility criteria, application guidelines and past winners on the Excellence in Engagement Award webpage.
