4-H School Enrichment Program Resources

Submitted by Ginger Kopfer

For the last five months, I have had the privilege to take a sabbatical and focus on 4-H School Enrichment programming. During this process, I have had conversations with teachers and Extension staff from Kansas and North Carolina, researched Kansas curricular standards, written and updated curriculum, and created a best practices document. You can find this best practices document and the curriculum on the Kansas 4-H Youth Development Team under the School Enrichment channel. All Extension staff who work with School Enrichment programming are encouraged to share resources through this channel. Along with curriculum, there is a folder of marketing materials including informational brochures and order forms that will be especially helpful to anyone starting or revamping a school enrichment program.
