Elevating Extension Update
While discussing the Elevating Extension initiative with EXCOP (The Extension Committee on Planning – a faculty senate committee of campus and regional Extension professionals that advises on matters of Extension structure, policy, and personnel), it became apparent that our efforts at distributing the Elevating Extension FAQ were not as thorough as we hoped. Because of this, the Elevating Extension FAQ is being placed on the K-State Extension Resources Teams Channel, which can be found here.
Elevating Extension updates will be available on our two leading internal communications platforms: our Extension Update Zoom meetings (live and recorded) and the Tuesday Letter. You can expect an increase in the frequency of the traditionally every-other-month Extension Update Zoom meetings beginning in August.
Other resources, such as the Elevating Extension FAQ, will be available through the Extension Update, Tuesday Letter, the K-State Extension Resources (and other select Teams channels), as well as email.
Please remember that effective communication requires active participation. By doing so, we all remain engaged in the ongoing process of Elevating Extension and can advocate and evangelize our efforts to our constituents and stakeholders.
