Update on Ordering New K-State Extension Letterhead, Business Cards and Envelopes

With the elevation of Extension, the design of our business cards, letterhead and envelopes will transition to align with the official university style. Units that wish to proceed with developing word marks for these items can now do so.

For guidance on what these changes entail, we encourage you to refer to the K-State Brand Style Guide, specifically Page 38, for examples of the formal unit signature (https://www.k-state.edu/communications-marketing/documents/Brand-Guidelines.pdf).

The process for ordering business cards, letterhead and envelopes has not changed. Please follow established protocols for those items.
