The Rural Grocery Initiative is looking for help promoting our Rural Grocery and Food is Medicine survey. Please encourage your local grocery stores to participate by September 12. Participating rural Kansas grocers receive $50. More information (which can be shared directly with grocers) can be found below:

The Rural Grocery Initiative is conducting a survey of rural Kansas grocers on their understanding of and interest in Food is Medicine. From offering SNAP and WIC to providing produce prescriptions and medically tailored meals, we think this emerging topic represents a huge opportunity for rural grocers.
