Celebrating K-State MANRRS Week
Join the K-State MANRRS Chapter in celebrating the Fall 2025 MANRRS Week, September 15-19.
Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!
K-State MANRRS Week is September 15-19! Please join the MANRRS Chapter and the College of Agriculture Student and Staff Success Office as we host events each day throughout the week. In honor of MANRRS Week, we will also be partnering with the Northview Elementary School for a school supply drive. Please drop off your donations to Waters Hall 119 from September 15-19, 2025.

Tuesday, September 16, join us for our K-State MANRRS Membership Drive from 11:30-2:00 pm at the Student Union.
Wednesday, September 17, the K-State MANRRS Chapter will host several corporate partners for the Fall 2025 Career Readiness Workshop starting at 6:00 pm in the Morris Family Multicultural Student Center. This workshop will include multiple stations for resumes, cover letters, and general application advice from our corporate and university partners. The featured companies are The Andersons, Inc., Cargill, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, FMC, Land O’Lakes, Merck, and K-State Extension and Ardent Mills.
Thursday, September 18, K-State MANRRS and K-State First Book (KSFB) will host a virtual lunch and learn book panel facilitated by Max Contreras, K-State MANRRS chapter president to discuss “Together” by Vivek H. Murthy, MD, former United States Surgeon General. The panel will be from 12:00-1:00 pm via Zoom.
To complete the week’s celebrations, the K-State MANRRS Chapter and the Student and Staff Success Office will host MANRRS bowling night on Friday, September 19, at the K-State Student Union starting at 6:00 pm.
Other upcoming events include the MANRRS Corporate Showcase on September 24 at 6:00 pm; the HALO Encuentro on October 7 hosted by the Department of Student Belonging; and the MANRRS General Body Meeting on October 8 at 6:00 pm.
