Worksite Wellness Training Invitation
The Healthy You KSRE Workplace Wellness Leadership Team and WorkWell Kansas are partnering to provide worksite wellness training tailored for KSRE employees. The dates and locations are:
January 30, SW Area Extension Office in Garden City
January 31, Ellis County Extension Office in Hays
February 10, Wheat Innovation Center in Manhattan
February 15, SE Area Extension Office in Parsons
The morning session, “Building a Foundation for Worksite Wellness,” is required before attending any of the workshops. During this session, attendees will explore the components necessary to build a strong base for future work and develop a plan for establishing a foundation for their worksite.
The afternoon session will be a workshop on “Physical Activity” and attendees will also develop a comprehensive plan to address this health priority.
We recommend that at least two people from your workplace attend so they can plan as a team. This invitation is extended to everyone within KSRE, including office professionals, agents, program assistants, administrators, specialists, etc. and we need representation and involvement from employees in all of these roles.
