We've had more than our share of natural disasters in Kansas, and we're not even halfway through the year. For anyone involved in individual or community preparedness programming or response, Citizen Corps, a part of FEMA, offers its "Individual and Community Preparedness e-Brief," a free weekly emailed newsletter, full of helpful information.
