Performance Review Process Training to be Offered
Throughout the summer we've been writing about the new and improved performance review tool that will be used this year. As we get closer to the reporting deadline, agents may be wondering exactly what they'll need to do to complete the performance review process this year. A new Agent Performance Review page on the Employee Resources website will provide links to instructions and other documents. Be looking for this to appear later this week.
Additionally, two training sessions will be offered via Zoom in September. The scheduled times and individual Zoom links are below.

All agents, but particularly those in one, two or three agent units are encouraged to take part in one of these sessions. They will be recorded for those who are not able to take part live.
