Ignacio Ciampitti is Communicator of the Year
Congratulations to Ignacio Ciampitti, associate professor of agronomy and Extension crop production and cropping systems specialist who has been named the 2018 K-State Research and Extension Communicator of the Year. He was honored at the KSRE awards luncheon October 18, for his consistent efforts to reach a range of audiences through various means with a focus on making Kansas agriculture even better.
The award is given by the Kansas Chapter of Association for Communication Excellence and the K-State Department of Communications and Agricultural Education. Ciampitti was chosen from a strong field of nominees from across the Extension system.
