K-State Global Campus to Offer Virtual Access to the OLC Accelerate Conference
K-State Global Campus has registered for the OLC Accelerate virtual conference, which focuses on “quality online learning, advancing best practice guidance and accelerating change in learning for academic leaders, educators, administrators, online learning professionals and organizations around the world.” The conference will take place November 14-16.
This opportunity will allow participants to have the OLC Accelerate conference come to them. The virtual attendee option provides the opportunity for our institution to attend select sessions of the conference via livestream services, including the keynote speakers, and sessions including research highlights, key industry showcase topics, education, and teaching techniques. Post-conference on-demand access of all recorded sessions is provided to virtual attendees for one year.
The Online Learning Consortium (OLC) is a collaborative community of higher education leaders and innovators, dedicated to advancing quality digital teaching and learning experiences designed to reach and engage the modern learner – anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Global Campus will be offering several sessions synchronously on November 14-16 in order to promote discussion with colleagues, and these will be announced soon. However, the option to access all sessions on your own time is available.
