Shout Out: Deryl Waldren
This week’s Shout Out comes from Diane Mack:
“As Deryl Waldren, NW Regional 4-H Youth Development Specialist, prepares for retirement, we’d like to thank him for sharing his wisdom and inspiration with all involved in 4-H Youth Development. Deryl has touched many lives in Kansas, California, Colorado and internationally through his work with the Military Project and 4-H International programs. His special gift of working with numbers, remembering dates and details is remarkable. We also appreciate his knowledge of fine chocolate and willingness to share. Deryl’s leadership and programming impact will continue to lead Kansas 4-H into a bright future.
Thank you Deryl and best wishes!”
Deryl, thanks for all you have done for youth, Extension, and K-State Research and Extension!
If you know of a colleague or colleagues that are deserving a Shout Out for their work, please send an email to me at ghadley@ksu.edu and give me their name(s) and the reason why they are so deserving.
