First Friday Call: Ben Winchester Talks About Rural Housing

Submitted by Nancy Daniels

First Friday Call

The majority of small Kansas towns have housing problems. On Friday, March 6, at 9:30 a.m., our First Friday e-Call speaker is Rural Sociologist Ben Winchester from the University of Minnesota. The topic is Baby Boomers and the Rural Housing Supply. Ben's presentations are fast moving and filled with information you can use to change the trajectory on your town's housing problems.

The purpose of the First Friday e-Call is to nurture small business and the towns who love them. Seventy-five percent of attendees are state and local community development experts and twenty-five percent are Extension agents.

All calls are recorded and posted at https://www.ksre.k-state.edu/community/business/entrepreneurship/.

This is a zoom call at https://ksu.zoom.us/j/2636377104. If you would like to be put on the reminder list, please contact Nancy Daniels.
