“I would like to offer a Shout Out to K-State Research and Extension food safety specialist Dr. Londa Nwadike. She has a lot of amazing things going on, but this Shout Out is for the six Farmers’ Market Workshops she co-conducted with the Kansas Department of Agriculture and local Extension personnel all across the state in February. They were well-attended, super informative and great opportunities to connect (and re-connect) with a “growing” audience! At the same time, Londa is chairing the search committee to bring our new KSRE Double Up Food Bucks Coordinator on board, who will further connect with farmers' markets across the state. Londa, great job!”
