Reminder About Vacation Leave Accrual in October
The October 30 paycheck will be the third paycheck in the month of October. Full-time employees who accrue vacation leave will not accrue vacation leave hours with this paycheck.
Vacation accrual occurs 22 out of the 26 pay periods, or 176 hours, each fiscal year.
For fiscal year 2021, the paychecks with no vacation leave accrual include October 30, 2020; April 30, 2021; June 11, 2021; and June 25, 2021.
You will however still accrue sick leave for all pay periods.
