Registration Deadline for HAB Research Symposium is December 23
The first annual Harmful Algal Bloom Research Symposium will take place on January 6-7, 2021. The registration deadline for this free event is December 23, 2020.
The virtual symposium will feature emergent harmful algal bloom (HAB) research and provide a venue for moderated discussions regarding HAB research and outreach. Agenda topics include identification, prevention and treatment for HABs, as well as human and animal health issues and HABs.
This symposium is led by the Algal Bloom Action Team, a collaboration of water professionals, researchers, and educators from 12 states in the North Central Region of the United States.
