Diana Pavlisko Retiring After 41 Years of Service at K-State

Submitted by Counseling Services

After 41 years of service at K-State, Diana Pavlisko is retiring as an Office Specialist III. Diana (D) has worked at a handful of offices on our campus including Farrell (Hale) Library, The Registrar’s Office, Veterinary Clinical Sciences (at all three receiving desks), 25 years in Plant Pathology and most recently Counseling Services. Her last day on campus will be December 23.

In each of these positions, D enjoyed the customer service part of her job. She is known for her friendly, care-giving personality and is always eager to help with whatever is asked of her. In her last two positions, her greatest joy was working with the students.

Now that she won’t be tied down to a working desk, she and her husband have two grandchildren that will be getting to see much more of them than what they currently see on FaceTime.

D plans to devote much of her time to her love of crafts and especially to the Riley County Humane Society. Colleagues and friends are invited to send farewell emails or cards to dpavlisk@ksu.edu or 216 Grove St., Olsburg, KS 66520.
