Update of Kansas 4-H Policy for 2021
Happy 4-H New Year! October 1, is the start of the new 4-H program year and with it is the updated Kansas 4-H Policy.
Updates reflect changes in University policy and include updated reference web links. This year's updates are not many, but do include the addition of K-State's updated child protection policy. Our current KSRE and 4-H practices cover these new requirements, but they are now included as a reference in 4-H policy.
There is the inclusion of KSRE and K-State social media guidance that has emerged since the last policy update along with the updated USDA statements regarding civil rights.
Overall, these updates are minimal changes from last year's policy.
