First Friday e-Call: Moderate Income Housing
Does your town struggle to provide moderate-income housing for the families who want to live there? Seriously, is there a town that doesn't?
On the September 2 First Friday call from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Audree Guzman, Valley Falls City Administrator, will talk about her experiences creating moderate-income housing using a scaffold of resources including KDHE, Brownfields, bond issues, Neighborhood Revitalization Areas (NRAs), RHID, Land Banks and Moderate Income Housing Grants.
