Additional Coaching Team Members Needed
We are a little over one year into using a coaching team model to support new agents. Our team of coaches continues to work hard to develop a system that provides adequate support, advice and coaching for our new staff.
Two of our coaches have promoted to other positions within KSRE and moved off the team. This has created an opportunity for us to add more coaches to the team. Coaches will be selected through an application process to serve in a coaching, mentoring and advising role for new local unit staff. The position will come with an annual additional pay stipend of $2000 and will be renewable for a second year. Coaching team members work with new agents in one on one and group settings and by networking new agents with other colleagues who can aid in their training and development.
