Are You Hiring a New Local Unit Employee?
Are you hiring a new office professional or program assistant in your local unit? To ensure that your new local unit employee has a smooth onboarding experience, follow the orientation Checklist for Local Unit Office Professionals and Program Assistants.
If you need a background check for your new local unit employee, send an email to marygatza@ksu.edu requesting a background check.
It is important for you to let your regional office professional know of this new hire. When contacting them you will need to let them know the following information: Name, Start Date, Position, eID and if they will need financial operations access.
If the steps mapped out in the Orientation Checklist are not followed, your new local unit employee will not have access to their eID/email or any other KSU or KSRE database or application.
