Kansas Department of Commerce Holding CDBG Information Road Shows
Kansas' Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) can help communities address conditions that can lead to health disparities. Attend any of seven "road shows," held between February 2-9, to learn more.
At each meeting, the CDBG team will discuss the types of projects funded, eligibility and requirements for successful applications in these areas: Youth Job Training, Early Child Education and Care Facilities, Community Facilities and Services (parks, libraries, sidewalks, and trails) and Architectural Barrier Removal. The 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. meetings include time for project planning discussions and Q&A with Commerce staff.
