Program Participant Demographic Collection Form Now Available in Spanish

K-State Research and Extension is committed to providing accurate reports of our client contacts. Agents and specialists are required to ask for program participants to self-report their race, ethnicity and gender. The Extension Participant Demographic Collection Form is now available in Spanish. The resource can be accessed on the Civil Rights Compliance Resources website.
