Is Your Official Office Bulletin Board Up-to-Date?
Kansas and federal law requires state agencies to designate and maintain official bulletin boards for the display of relevant, current administrative and personnel information of interest to employees. Local extension units are required to follow these laws as well. Official bulletin boards are to be in areas easily and regularly accessible to all employees.
All of the information required for the bulletin board can be found on the University's website. You are not required to pay for these documents, and anyone trying to sell them is likely a fraud.
