Shout Out: Hannah McKenzie

Submitted by Gregg Hadley

The Shout Out this week comes from Leslie Hasenbank, Meade County office professional, and is directed to Hannah McKenzie, Ag and Natural Resources and 4-H agent in Meade County. Leslie writes:

"This Shout Out goes to Hannah McKenzie, the Agriculture & Natural Resources and 4-H Agent in Meade County. Before her first year with KSRE was up, this office hired a new office professional and an agent of 21 years retired, leaving her as the one who gets to handle all of the questions! Questions from 4-H families, the community, from myself (as the new OP), and now from our new Family & Community Wellness agent, Laura Davis, who is also amazing.

Hannah has been doing an incredible job at all of this, and remains positive and excited about all our upcoming changes and programs, and still has enough grace and patience to deal with all the training she's helping us "newcomers" get through! She's such a pleasure to work with!"

Hannah, thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.

If you know of a colleague or team of colleagues who deserve recognition for a job well done, why not nominate them for a Shout Out. Simply send their name(s) and the reason for the Shout Out to ksreshoutout@ksu.edu.
