PEARS: 22-23 Reporting Period to End October 15
As the current reporting season is quickly coming to a close, we wanted to send a friendly reminder to finish your data entry by 11:59 p.m. on October 15.
We recently received a question about how to complete a Program Activity in PEARS that spans both reporting periods. If you have a program series that begins in 22-23 and isn't completed until the new reporting period begins, you'll need to complete a Program Activity that captures the program information that was completed in 22-23 and then mark the record as complete. Once the new reporting period has started (October 16), you can copy that program activity into the new reporting period by following the steps outlined in this article: https://support.pears.io/copy-a-program-activity/.
