Shout Out: Frances Graves
This week's Shout Out comes from Sarah Maass, State 4-H Youth Development Program Leader, and is directed to Frances Graves, Wildcat District Director. Sarah writes:
"Shout out to Frances Graves for her leadership and expertise in guiding the Kansas 4-H State Team through the strategic planning process in early December. Her facilitation skills and ability to pose tough questions have been invaluable in taking the team through this crucial first step.
She ensured everyone was heard and their input was valued.
Thank you, Frances, for helping us start this process."
