The Science Behind Science Communication

In an upcoming free webinar, The Science Behind Science Communication, Lauri M. Baker, former K-State agricultural communications professor, will share past and recent research that demonstrates the benefit of science communication, challenges, and best practices. She will highlight survey work with general American audiences on the role of trust in science communication and specific research with more niche audiences and particular areas of science. 

Baker is currently an associate professor with the Department of Agricultural Education and Communication at the University of Florida.

This webinar, presented by the KSCI Science Communication Webinar professional development series, will be March 25, at 12 p.m. Registration is required.
