Shout Out: Eastern Agents KACAA
This week the Shout Out is from Stacy Campbell, Cottonwood District Extension Agriculture Agent, and Kelsey Hatesohl, River Valley Extension Horticulture Agent; and is sent for the team of agents and support staff who made the KACAA Spring Meeting & Workshop such a success! Stacy and Kelsey write:
"First to the Douglas County Extension Office for the use of the wonderful facility, setting it all up, picking up and delivering food and beverages each day, taking care of registration, and numerous other tasks and resources we take for granted. Much appreciation to Elesha Hazel – Communications Coordinator, Niki Kenniff – Agriculture & Horticulture Program Assistant, and Marlin Bates - Douglas County Extension Director.
Second, to Margit Kaltenekker, Sharon Ashworth, Katelyn Barthol, Anthony Reardon, Carla Nemecek, Laura Philips, Kyler Langvardt, and Ben Sims: Anyone who works in Extension knows there are always many irons in the fire. But all of these folks willingly added another one to the fire.
We are fortunate and I couldn’t be prouder to have the opportunity to work with such an awesome group of agents and support staff!"
Elesha, Niki, Marlin, Margit, Sharon, Katelyn, Anthony, Carla, Laura, Kyler, and Ben --- Thanks for all you do for the people of Kansas, our colleagues and K-State Research and Extension.
